Our Women’s Roundtables offer women a dynamic opportunity to gain new insights and self- awareness, transform their leadership skills, and realize their full potential.
Roundtable colleagues are seasoned leaders from a variety of industries and backgrounds who meet monthly in facilitator-led peer coaching sessions. Members work individually and together to set achievable, measurable goals, inspire and contribute to the success of others, and become transformational leaders.
Our innovative leadership development model forges critical links between character, competencies, and commitment to help participants align their capabilities, values, and practices with their personal and organizational objectives. The program is organized into topical segments supported by assessments, selected readings, and individual coaching. Participants learn to combine inner strength, balance, and self-expression with the critical leadership skills that drive excellence and build trust.
“Being part of an Executive Women’s Roundtable has been life-changing for me, both personally and professionally. In my roundtable, we built an environment of trust and respect that has helped each of us navigate through some very challenging life events. Cheryl Alexander Stearns introduced us to the concept of character-based leadership, which has helped me define my leadership skills and areas where I can grow. And the one-on-one coaching that she offered as part of the roundtable has been invaluable to me.”
“Cheryl is a master coach. She creates a place where we can be vulnerable, questioning, transitioning, growing, and safe while we see our magnificent selves emerge. This has become my anchor in the storms, and the platform from which I can take great risks, step forward, and lead on a new level. For so long I felt like an imposter in my roles, and I now know what an effective, innovative, and inspiring executive I have become. This group gives me courage and strength.”
“I joined to be a part of a peer group with powerful, dedicated career women, and I have found that! It has been valuable to me beyond words. The surprise was that I thought I already had everything down regarding my leadership skills and style, but I have never worked harder or thought more seriously about how I lead and who I am when I am with other people than I do now. A key learning for me has been to understand the personal and emotional side of leadership—the element of bringing your whole self to the table and expecting and appreciating that others will too.”
