Tamara Sulistyo

Tamara Sulistyo has two decades of experience in executive search, outplacement, and leadership training and development, helping organizations attract, integrate, develop, and retain leaders who match the demographics of the markets they serve.

In her work with Cheryl Alexander & Associates and as a consultant, she has conducted highly rated career development and coaching sessions with a wide variety of businesses, organizations, and individuals. She has also designed innovative curriculum and learning materials for workshops in leadership, peer mentoring, cultural sensitivity, global effectiveness, and multicultural selling. Her training and coaching style is practical, results-oriented, and individualized to help clients quickly reach new levels of success and satisfaction in their work.

Companies and organizations with which she has worked include Boston Scientific, Koch Industries, Steelcase, Novartis, Kimberly Clark, Pillsbury, BP Amoco, Cargill, United Health Group, Minnesota Recreation and Parks Association, Wilson Learning, Menttium, and the Carlson School of Management.

Tamara has a BA in International Studies from Vassar College, a MA in International Communication from Arizona State University, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in International Management from Thunderbird University. Fluent in multiple languages, she has lived and worked in France, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, and Singapore as well as several locations in the United States.

Raised and currently living in Minnesota, she is married to a man from Indonesia and has four children. For several years, she also conducted a learning program in world languages, cultures, and sports for children aged 1-13.
