Betsy Stites is a consultant and executive coach with Cheryl Alexander and Associates. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, talent management, transformational change, strategic planning and consulting. Betsy’s passion is growing and nourishing others so they can embrace, develop, and celebrate their own potential to make the world a better place for all.
Over the past 30 years Betsy has held multiple leadership positions within the health care industry as a talent management director, organizational development director, communications and media relations director, nurse educator, and project consultant.
Betsy holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul/Minneapolis and has done additional graduate work in business communications from the University of St. Thomas. She is the board chair for Honoring Women Worldwide, a non-profit organization with a mission of uniting women globally to thrive in the world. Betsy is certified in the Advanced Art of Convening and is a member of the International Enneagram Association.
In her spare time, Betsy loves exploring life with her five grandchildren and traveling to the far corners of the world.
