Kath O’Keefe spent a decade as the Director of Executive Education and Development for Honeywell, Inc., where she was responsible for providing high-impact executive and management education for a globally diverse group of high-talent employees.
Kath is widely known for employing innovative methods to design and implement powerful learning experiences and has been recognized as a leader in her field. Her work with Cheryl Alexander & Associates and consulting with organizations such as Otis Elevator, Banco Popular North America, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Minnesota Chiropractic Association have demonstrated her ability to effectively promote change at both the system and individual level.
She has led internal coaching and mentoring programs at the Pine Bend Refinery of Koch Industries, and was instrumental in the development and success of the Minneapolis Public School’s Partnership for Principals program, a two-year development experience that matched school principals with volunteer coaches from the business community.
Kath has a liberal arts degree and has done graduate-level work in leadership, adult learning, and executive coaching. She serves on the boards of the University of St. Thomas’s Gainey Conference Center (Owatonna, MN), the Ehama Institute (Abiquiu, NM), and Grandkids & Me (St. Paul, MN).
Her personal interests include genealogy, photography, oil painting, and her three grandchildren.
